Revised March 21, 2018. The new plugin will actually embed Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a few others directly. No conversion is required.
- Add a new post. There is probably no need to create new Page - use an existing one.
- Have the PDF or other document ready (make sure there are no blank pages at the end).
- Place the blinking cursor in a blank line in the message area where you want the document to show.
- Click Add Document above the toolbar area.
- In the Add Document window, select Upload Files.
- Either drag the PDF document into this window or click on the Select Files button and navigate to the PDF document and select the PDF document through windows provided by your system and select Choose.
If the document has already be uploaded previously or you are reusing an existing document, click on Media Library at the top left of the window above and select the document.Click on Select at the bottom right of the window.
- After clicking Choose or Select, the document information path will be entered where the cursor was and should look similar to this (the actual filename will match your PDF document):
